Christmas Classic: The Nutcracker at Manassas Ballet Theatre, Dec. 19-23

With visions of Sugar Plum Fairies dancing through their heads, dancers at the Manassas Ballet Theatre have been preparing for the holiday season’s most popular performance: The Nutcracker.

Manassas residents can enjoy this Christmas classic at Manassas Ballet Theatre, 9004 Mathis Avenue, starting Dec. 19 and running through Dec. 23.

The first day of the performance, Dec. 19, is a Salute to the Military and free for all active duty military and veterans. Tickets for those joining members of the military are 20 percent off.

• December 19 at 7:30 p.m. (Salute to the Military)

• December 20 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

• December 21 at 3:00 p.m.

• December 22 at 3:00 p.m.

• December 23 at 3:00 p.m.
