Contractor Charged With Sexual Assault In Manassas Area Home

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County Police charged a man with sexual assault at a Manassas area home where he was working as a contractor Monday.

Around 2:14 p.m., officers responded to the home in the 20112 Manassas ZIP code. The victim, a 31-year-old woman, reported that a contractor inappropriately touched her. Police say she quickly separated from the man and contacted police. There were no injuries.

The suspect, Jonatan Monzon Olivarez, 26, of Manassas, remained at the scene and was arrested. He was charged with misdemeanor sexual assault and was held without bond.
