Couple Assaulted By Mob In Manassas: Police

Three young men are being held without bond after assaulting a Manassas couple late Saturday afternoon: Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA — Three young men are being held without bond after assaulting a Manassas couple late Saturday afternoon in the 8400 block of Stoney Lane, according to Prince William County Police. One of the victims was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries that were serious but not life threatening.

Charged with malicious wounding by mob were Quinn Alexander Fisher, 18, of the 8500 block of Cobb Road in Manassas, Douglas Antonio Byrne, 22, of the 13010 block of Caton Place in Woodbridge, and Naseer Grant Williams, 19, of the 10200 block of Dundak Lane in Fairfax. Shortly after 5 p.m., police responded to the scene and found that the two victims, a 38-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman, were in the aforementioned area when they became involved in an argument with the three known suspects that turned violent. They were assaulted until one of the victims whipped out a gun in self defense, whereupon the suspects fled.
