Drug-Crazed Man Terrorizes Sheetz In Manassas: Police
A man is being held without bond after harassing patrons, ransacking the aisles and assaulting police Sunday at a Manassas Sheetz: Police.

MANASSAS, VA — A man is being held without bond after harassing patrons, ransacking the aisles and assaulting officers Sunday night in the Sheetz at 11774 Sudley Manor Drive, according to Prince William County Police.
Stewart Lewis Skinner, 47, of the 13200 block of Farmview Road in Nokesville, was charged with one count of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, one count of felony destruction of property, four counts of assault and battery, one count of disorderly conduct, one count of (being) intoxicated in public and one count of obstruction of justices.
Shortly after 10:30 p.m., officers went to the store after several callers to police said an unknown man was inside the store assaulting citizens and ransacking the business. When they arrived, the determined he was under the influence of a narcotic.

Attempts to detain him were met with resistance, so police Tasered him and he finally was subdued with the assistance of several officers. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries and then taken to jail.
