Drunk Driver Kicks Officer After Crashing in Nokesville: Police
The woman was involved in a single-car accident, according to Prince William County Police, and became agitated while being arrested.
NOKESVILLE, VA — A apparently drunk woman involved in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning kicked an arresting officer in the lower body in the 10600 block of Schaeffer Lane, according to Prince William County Police.
Cherie Stephanie Penaloza, 43, of the 12700 block of Brewland Way in Bristow, was charged with assault and battery on a law enforcement officer and driving under the influence.
She kicked the officer while being put in a police cruiser around 1 a.m.
