Drunk Guy Fires Shots Behind Manassas Apartments: Police
A drunk guy was arrested early Tuesday morning after randomly firing a gun behind the Point at Bull Run apartments in Manassas: PWC Police.
MANASSAS, VA — A drunk guy was arrested early Tuesday morning after randomly firing a gun behind the Point at Bull Run apartments, 10503 Lariat Lane, according to Prince William County Police. Nicholas Vanderbilt Sturdivant, 27, of the 10500 block of Lariat Lane was charged with reckless handling of a firearm, willfully discharging a firearm in public and being intoxicated in public.
Shortly after 2 a.m., police responded to scene following a report of gunshots behind the apartment complex. There they found Sturdivant, who was detained without incident. Police say he was intoxicated. Further investigation found he fired several rounds into a wooded area behind the complex.
