Drunk Man Assaults Cop in Manassas: Police
An intoxicated man who was passed out in public early Sunday morning kicked a responding officer, say Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA — An apparently drunk man who was passed out early Sunday morning woke up in the area of Barrett Drive and Anvil Drive and kicked a responding officer in the lower body, according to Prince William County.
Alexander Osboldo Lopez Perez, 22, of the 7800 block of West Point Court, was charged with assault and battery on a law enforcement officer and being intoxicated in public.
He's being held without bond.

Shortly after 4 a.m., police responded to a report of an unconscious person and determined him to be intoxicated. When they tried to arrest him, he kicked an officer in the lower body.
