MANASSAS, VA — A Dunkin' location in Manassas is celebrating a quarter century of service and a manager that has been working there for the same amount of time.
The Dunkin' at 8985 Centreville Road in Manassas will hold a 25th anniversary celebration from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3. Customers can enjoy a 25-cent donut with a purchase, donut decorating, Dunkin’ merchandise giveaways, an appearance from Dunkin’ mascot Cuppy, live music, face painting and more. On Aug. 3, customers will also receive a coupon for a $1 medium iced coffee on their next visit through Sept. 1. The offers are one per customer and are valid only at that location.
Brothers Andy and David Cabral of Vigario Management became the youngest Dunkin' franchisees in the DC region when they opened the location in 1999. Sine then, they have grown to 24 locations in Northern Virginia and the DC region, and 13 more locations are in development.

"Our team is incredibly fortunate to be part of such a wonderful Manassas community that has allowed us to serve them for the past 25 years," said Andy Cabral, chief operating officer of Dunkin’ franchise owner Vigario Management. "Today’s celebration is much more than a birthday party for our restaurant, it’s about recognizing and giving back to the community that we call home. Here’s to keeping the Manassas community running on Dunkin’ for another 25 years!"

The location credits its success over 25 years to its current manager that has been there for that long. Maria Granados, the current store manager, will be surprised with a recognition ceremony during the 25th anniversary celebration. Granados, originally from Honduras, joined the Dunkin' location's baking team to prepare donuts and bagels in 1999. At the location, she developed her skills and English, and ultimately became the store manager overseeing over 25 staff, scheduling and training.
