Halo found herself pregnant in a Virginia shelter when her owner could no longer care for her. Since coming to ESP she has had her puppies and is ready to find a home of her own! This sweet girl is still coming out of her shell and adoption events are overwhelming for her. But, at her foster home she LOVES to run and play with the other dogs and is learning that humans are great too! (and that they have yummy treats!!)
