Dear Friends, our Afternoon Teas have been a huge success!
In addition, I have hired a Chef. She moved here from southwestern Pennsylvania where she managed the Cafe' at Fallingwaters, the Frank Lloyd Wright estate and did most of the catering for their large events.Her specialty is soup so we have had some amazing soups, both hot and cold. Her desserts are to die for and the tea sandwiches are not only pretty, but delicious. It took me awhile to find her, so I am thrilled. Now I have more time to make everything beautiful for you.
In the next few months I hope to work on some themed Teas and maybe even some candlelit Teas. I will keep you posted.
