will be hosting a 5-week course to provide expectant mothers and a support person with information on pregnancy, labor, birth, breathing, relaxation, and the post partum period. The course will also discuss medication, anesthesia, and C-sections. Participants are asked to bring 3 pillows, a blanket and a snack.
There is a $152 fee for this course, and registration is required.
The dates for this course are: August 25, September 1, 8, 15, and 22.
