
Long hours on sitting at your desk or driving can cause your hips to become tight and tense. Stiff hips can affect pelvis, lower back and knees. We also tend to hold a lot of mental and emotional stress in our hips, which increase stiffness.
In this workshop, you will gain the greater understanding of the anatomy of your hips and focus on hip opening poses, learn what the benefits of doing them are and how to perform them safely. This workshop will begin with a flowing practice to warm the body then gradually move into some deep hip openers. After class, you will experience the freedom of movement in your hips and may as well the release of your mind. Open to all level of yoga.
