Oh My Aching Back

Back pain hits most of us at one time or another in our lives as a result of injury, stress, or chronic posturing. This workshop will help your understand the common causes of back pain and how you can help alleviate pain. A simple routine of exercises will be presented which can be used as a preventative home program. All levels welcome. Students will receive a handout of instructions for home use.  Open to everyone!  No yoga experience necessary.
