The event is a celebration of the County’s recycling efforts and an opportunity to learn more about living a more sustainable lifestyle in Prince William County. The event includes landfill tours, games, prizes, food, equipment and education displays. In addition, compost bins will be sold ($20/each while supplies last) and residents may bring up to four boxes of paper for shredding free of charge. The Prince William County Landfill is located at 14811 Dumfries Road, Manassas, Virginia 20112 (near Independent Hill). No tickets required.
