Five Guys Coming To Haymarket Development In 2024
A Five Guys burger restaurant is coming to the Crossroads Village Center in Haymarket in 2024, developers announced this week.

HAYMARKET, VA — Haymarket is getting its first Five Guys location in 2024, brokerage firm KLNB announced this week.
The burger restaurant will open in the new Crossroads Village Center in the second quarter of 2024. It will be Prince William County's sixth Five Guys location.
The restaurant will be located at 15150 Washington Street. The restaurant's lease for a 2,100-square-foot storefront was negotiated by KLNB on behalf of the center's developer, the Meladon Group.

Other facilities coming to the Crossroads Village Center include Noodles & Company, Goodfella’s Pizza, Popeyes, Kung Fu Tea, Crumbl Cookies, Bruster’s Ice Cream, and Taco Bell. More than 75 townhouses are also under construction near the shopping center, KLNB said.
"Haymarket continues to attract new residents, especially families with significant household incomes," KLNB's Veronica Kamara said in a news release. "Premier brands like Five Guys see a tremendous opportunity to capitalize on the growth, and KLNB’s unrivaled retail relationships and market knowledge ensures that the property owners we represent can secure businesses provide long-term occupancy and appeal to locals for years to come."

In the same news release, Meladon Group CEO Don Wooden expressed excitement about Five Guys and the other opportunities presented by the mixed residential and commercial development.
"We are delighted to bring to Haymarket, Va. yet another vibrant and walkable mixed-use project," Wooden said. "The quality and diversity of our tenants is impressive, and we appreciate each and everyone of them, as well as the town of Haymarket for welcoming us into their community."
