Flames Engulf Garage In Bristow

An early morning fire Tuesday left a detached garage heavily damaged in Braemar, according to Prince William County Fire & Rescue.

BRISTOW, VA—An early morning fire Tuesday left a detached garage heavily damaged in the 9000 block of Loma Drive, according to Prince William County Fire & Rescue. No injuries were reported, and the fire was contained to the garage.

Shortly after 1:45 a.m., fire units were sent to the scene for reported flames. When firefighters arrived, the garage was nearly engulfed but they were able to bring it under control. A nearby home suffered minor heat damage. The cause is under investigation by the Fire Marshal's Office.
