Sam is a 10 year old boy with Muscular Dystrophy.
His parent's have been battling the insurance companies for 7 years to get him a motorized wheelchair. Imagine being 10 years old with all the energy of a child but being forced to remain in a chair. This fundraiser will help Sam rediscover himself and give him the freedom to move around at his own will. Sam is a really smart kid who loves video games, drawing pictures, and being outside.
So here is how you can help:
100% of all funds will go towards Sam's wheelchair. Any extra will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association to help other kids like Sam. This holiday season instead of getting one more present simply donate that amount to help Sam get his dream of a Motorized Wheelchair for Christmas!
