Girl Sexually Assaulted By Relative In Manassas: Police
Prince William County Police say a 12-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a family member in Manassas.
MANASSAS, VA—A man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a young girl he's related to in Manassas.
The incident happened in a Manassas residence back in May. The victim is a 12-year-old girl, who told another family member about what happened. The family member then contacted police.
Prince William County Police has been investigating the sexual assault since Monday and made the arrest the following day. Juan Genaro Tum Osorio, 33, of Manassas was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated sexual battery. He is being held without bond in jail, and a court date is pending.
