The shop is an independent veteran-founded, family-owned tasting gallery, with over 45 flavors of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. They carry freshly pressed, ultra-premium olive oils from all over the world, as well as aged balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy.

The shelves in the store are lined with stainless steel tanks called fustis, which are specially designed to preserve oil and vinegar freshness. Every product is available to try and patrons are encouraged to take the time to taste and enjoy before purchasing.

Manassas Olive Oil Company prides itself in carrying only oils that have passed its strict criteria for freshness and flavor - they know the date the olive was picked, when it was processed, and bottling is done on site. The quality is unlike any olive oil purchased at a big box store and you will immediately notice the difference in taste.

Along with five varieties of extra virgin olive oil, you will find delicately infused flavors such as basil, garlic, chipotle, and Tuscan herb. These oils pair perfectly with a collection of aged balsamic vinegars, which come in flavors such as black cherry, raspberry, and Vermont maple.
