Hit-and-run Suspect Tries to Mow Down Manassas Police
Cops, on foot, got out of the way before driver eventually bolted from the vehicle and later was arrested.

MANASSAS CITY, VA — A suspected hit-and-run driver swerved and accelerated toward on-foot police officers late Wednesday before later leaving the car and fleeing on foot, after which he was caught and arrested, according to Manassas City Police.
Dale Caison, Jr., of Fort Pulaski Court in Dumfries, was charged with attempted malicious wounding on law enforcement officers, felony eluding, felony hit and run and driving on a revoked license.
Officers earlier had responded to a hit and run accident at the intersection of Digges Road and Forum Way, and witnesses said the driver was still in the vicinity. Police found him but that's when he drove toward the officers, who were able to get out of the way.
