This is a question I get ask at least once a day. I'm sure you know by now that housing prices have gone up, but do you know how much? As of June, year over year we have seen a 15.52% increase in the median sold price. This is great news for those who are selling or considering selling.
Inventory, while it's starting to increase slightly it is still considerably low. Out of the 1,047 homes that are on the market for sale, 97 are condo's, 212 are townhouses and the remaining 738 are single families. Single families with four or more bedrooms is the largest segment of the market with an average sold price of $431,582.
