Inmate Punches Guard in Manassas: Police
While being transferred to his cell, he became agitated and slugged a guard in the face, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA — An inmate punched a prison guard in the face early Wednesday morning at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center, 9320 Lee Avenue, according to Prince William County Police.
Jamarr Ladele Chandler, 28, of no fixed address, was charged with assault and batter on a corrections officer.
He's being held without bond but inasmuch that he's already an inmate, that pretty much goes without saying.

Shortly before 1 a.m., police responded to the facility where Chandler became agitated while being transferred to his cell and slugged a guard.
No injuries were reported.
