Intoxicated Manassas Mom Arrested For Child Neglect: Police
A severely intoxicated mother was arrested last Friday after leaving her crying 5-month-old girl unattended in Manassas: PWC Police.

MANASSAS, VA — A severely intoxicated and incapacitated mother was arrested last Friday after leaving her crying 5-month-old girl unattended in the 7600 block of Yellow Lily Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Andrea Jean Lucca, 35, of the aforementioned address, was charged with felony child neglect.
Around 5:15 p.m., police went to the home as part of a custody dispute. They tried the front but no one answered despite repeated attempts, after which they went inside through an unlocked back door after hearing a baby crying. There they found Lucca passed out. Attempts to wake her up were unsuccessful and she was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The baby wasn't injured and was released into the custody of a family member.
