Kids' Halloween Event Saturday Morning In Manassas

MANASSAS, VA — Saturday nights before Halloween often can be quite the raucous affairs at restaurant and bar districts. In other words, it's not exactly a place for kids. Toward that end, downtown Manassas is getting things started far earlier come Saturday.

It's "Haunted Happenings," 10 a.m.-noon, organized by the Old Town business association. Merchants will have candy and other items for trick-or-treaters.
