Knife Attack Began As Argument In Manassas Parking Lot: Police
Police in Prince William County are looking for a 60-year-old man who's accused of stabbing a woman after an argument in a parking lot.

MANASSAS, VA — A 60-year-old man is wanted by police in Manassas after he was accused of cutting a woman with a knife and taking her phone, the Prince William County Police Department said. Authorities identified the man as Allen Oliver Douglas, a Manassas resident.
The incident began around 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning, police said in their report. The victim, who police identified as a 37-year-old woman, told police that she was in argument with an acquiantance that escalated.
As the argument became more serious, the victim pulled out a knife, police said. Authorities alleged that the man, who was later identified as Douglas, took possession of the knife during a struggle and cut the victim.

Eventually, the victim escaped and fled to a nearby business where police were contacted. Authorities also claimed that Douglas took the victim's phone before police arrived on the scene.
After their investigation, members of the police department obtained arrest warrants for Douglas. However, they have been unable to locate him.

He is wanted on charges of malicious wounding and petit larceny.

Douglas is described as a white man with gray hair and green eyes. He is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 187 pounds. He also has several scars, police said.
