Laundromat Attacked With Hammer in Manassas: Police
An alarm was activated shortly before 2 a.m. Thursday, according to Prince William County Police. A man shattered the glass front door.
MANASSAS, VA — A man shattered a glass door with a hammer early Thursday morning at the Suds and Moore laundromat, 10288 Festival Lane, and then damaged a television while trying to take it, according to Prince William County Police.
Shortly after 2 a.m., police responded to the business because an alarm was activated. Surveillance footage showed the man breaking the front door with a hammer around 1:50 a.m.
Attempts by a K-9 unit to find the suspect were unsuccessful.
