MANASSAS, VA — A man was arrested Thursday for assaulting two women and throwing them the both down a flight of stairs the previous day, according to Prince William County Police. Gabriel Dominic Brow, 38, of the 8100 block of Bayonet Way, was charged with two counts of strangulation, two counts of abduction, one count of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of domestic assault and battery.
Officers responded at 11 p.m. Wednesday to the report of a domestic assault at Brow's apartment. They found out that Brow had gotten into an argument with an acquaintance, identified as a 21-year-old Manassas woman, that had escalated. During the argument, Brow pushed the victim to the floor and began kicking her, the police said.
When a 17-year-old woman tried to intervene, the accused grabbed her by the neck and strangled her, "causing her to temporarily lose consciousness," the police said in the report. Brow then threw both women down a flight of stairs, and "cornered them in a room, preventing them from leaving."
