Man Arrested In Manassas Car Wash Fatality: Police
A man was arrested Friday for his role in a fatal March 24 accident at Soaps and Suds car wash in Manassas: Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested Friday for his role in a fatal March 24 accident at Soaps and Suds car wash at 9725 Liberia Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. Jose Escobar-Santos, 19, of the 10100 block of Shiloh Court, was charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Paula Margarita Rogel, 38, of Manassas—an employee at the car wash— was killed after being hit by a Jeep Grand Cherokee Escobar-Santos was moving from the rear of the car wash. Investigators gave their findings to the Commonwealth's Attorney on Friday, and an arrest warrant was issued. Escobar-Santos was arrested later that night at a Manassas residence.
