Man Arrested For Sex With 14-Year-Old Girls in Manassas
The 19-year-old had sexual encounters with the two girls last summer, according to Prince William County Police. He was arrested Friday.
MANASSAS, VA — A man had a sexual relationship with two 14-year-old girls last summer at a hotel in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police.
Dylan Byrd Turner, 19, of no fix address, was charged with two counts of carnal knowledge of a child.
He's being held without bond.

On Dec. 9, police responded to a report of a sexual assault said to have happened sometime during the summer of 2016. The investigation found Turner, an acquaintance of the girl, had an inappropriate relationship with her.
Then it was found that Turner had an inappropriate relationship with a second girl during the same time frame.

Warrants were issued and Turner was arrested Friday at a residence in Gainesville.
