MANASSAS, VA—A Maryland man arrested Tuesday after arranging to meet a young girl he met online for sex in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police. The "girl" actually was an undercover cop, so when Michael Ray Riggleman showed up at the agreed-upon location, he suddenly found himself in a world of trouble.

Namely, Riggleman, 45, of Mount Savage Road in Mount Savage, MD, was charged with attempted indecent liberties with children, production of child pornography under the age of 15 and using a communication device to facilitate certain offenses involving children under the age of 15.

On June 26, a Prince William County detective assigned to the Northern Virginia/DC Internet Crimes Against Children task force began investigating an online ad. Seems someone was fishing for minors and requesting inappropriate pictures and sexual acts.
