GAINESVILLE, VA — A man was arrested Saturday and held without bond on charges including felony child abuse involving a family member, according to Prince William County Police. Sameh R. Boles, 28, of Gainesville, also was charged with assault and battery.
An investigation by police and Child Protective Services found that on Dec. 30, Boles struck a boy with a plastic hanger. The boy suffered minor injuries to his leg. Police spokesman Nathaniel Davis wouldn't say whether Boles was the boy's father, citing privacy and safety for the victim.
