Man Exposed Himself At Park In Manassas: Police
A man was arrested in Manassas on Tuesday after authorities said he exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures at a park.

MANASSAS, VA — A Manassas man was arrested on Tuesday after authorities said he exposed himself at the Bull Run Swim & Racquet Club.
The man did not have any physical contact with club employees or patrons, the Prince William County Police Department said.
Authorities identified the suspect as 29-year-old Colindres Oscar Yovanny Velasquez. He is charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication.

His court date is pending and he is being held without bond. If convicted, Velasquez could face up to one year in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.
The exposure occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the police report said. A club employee told police that an unknown man, later identified as Velasquez, was exposing himself in the park area and making inappropriate gestures.

Officers arrived on the scene and took Velasquez into custody. They also determined that he was intoxicated, according to the police report.
