Man Exposes Himself At Basketball Courts In Manassas ICYMI

MANASSAS, VA — This is one of those deals that leaves you to wonder about both the severity and intent of the offense. Namely, a man is wanted for exposing himself and then urinating in public at the basketball courts in the 9700 block of Cheshire Ridge Circle. The next day, he returned wearing only boxer shorts. Both times, several callers alerted police.

Shortly after 9 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to the scene for reports of indecent exposure. A man and a woman were playing basketball, after which the man exposed himself, urinated and walked away from the area. The next day at the same time, the two people returned to the basketball courts, with the man clad in boxer shorts. He eventually got dressed and left the area.

Both times, officers checked the surrounding area but found no sign of the man. He's described as Asian, 50-60, 6-0, 200 pounds with a heavy build.
