Man Exposes Himself In Manassas Target Bathroom: Police
Police are searching for 32-year-old Bristow man who allegedly exposed himself and made obscene gestures in a Target bathroom.

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County police are searching for a 32-year-old Bristow man who they say exposed himself in the bathroom of a Manassas Target. Thomas Devanney is wanted by police in connection with the Nov. 2 incident.
According to police, police were called to the store at 9900 Sowder Village Sq. just after 10 p.m. after a loss prevention officer reported the incident. Police said the suspect, later identified as Devanney, was inside the store's bathroom exposing himself and making obscene gestures.
According to police, Devanney left the store before officers arrived. Following the incident, an arrest warrant were obtained for Devanney's arrest, but police have been unable to locate him.

Devanney is described as a white male, who is approximately six-feet one-inch tall and 155 pounds. He has a thin build, short brown hair, blue eyes and an unshaven face. He is wanted for indecent exposure.
