Man Exposes Himself To Numerous People In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—A man was arrested Saturday morning after exposing himself and making obscene gestures toward people in the 9400 block of Liberia Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. Carlos A. Hernandez-Najarro, 34, of the 100 block of West Meadow Road in Brooklyn, Md., was charged with indecent exposure.

Shortly after 10 a.m., police went to the scene for a reported indecent exposure incident. A caller said an unknown man sitting in a truck was exposing himself and making obscene gestures to both the caller and others at the aforementioned location. He never got out of the truck or made further contact, and was found shortly afterward.
