Man Exposes Himself At Westgate Plaza in Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—A man exposed himself to a couple of people Friday night in the Westgate Plaza parking lot, 10336 Portsmouth Road, according to Prince William County Police. Alejandro Cruz Adan, 38, of the 3900 block of Cokes Lane in Williamsburg, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

Around 8 p.m., police were summoned to the scene to have a look, as it were. The victims, a 24-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman, both of Manassas Park, said they were sitting in their vehicle when they were approached by an unknown man. That's when, without warning, he exposed himself.

They immediately drove away and contacted police, who found him and detained him without incident.
