Man Fatally Shot In Parked Vehicle In Manassas Area: Police
Prince William County Police are investigating an overnight fatal shooting of a man in a parked vehicle in the Manassas area.
MANASSAS, VA — A man was fatally shot in his vehicle early Thursday in the Manassas area of Prince William County, according to police.
Officers had responded to the shooting around 2:42 a.m. Thursday in the 12000 block of Cadet Court. Police say two adult men were sleeping inside a parked vehicle when one of the men was shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to determine what led to the shooting. The shooting is not believed to be random.
