Man With Gun Confronts Guest Of Manassas Area Quality Inn

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County police officers went to a Quality Inn in the Manassas area early Thursday morning to investigate a disturbance caused by three men, at least one of them armed.

A guest of one of the rooms, a 35-year-old man, woke up around 1:30 a.m. Thursday to a disturbance outside another room. When the man opened his door and looked out, he saw a man near the stairwell and two other men in front of a different room door.

One of the men outside the other door brandished a firearm before confronting the hotel guest. The guest immediately closed his door, and the suspects fled the area prior to police arriving at the Quality Inn at 10653 Balls Ford Rd.

No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported, according to the Prince William County police. The three suspects were described only as Black males, the police said.
