MANASSAS, VA — Police are looking for a man accused of recording women in the bathroom of a restaurant in Manassas on Saturday afternoon.

The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the Black Sheep Restaurant on Discovery Boulevard in Manassas. There, a manager told police officers that an employee saw a man using a phone to record women in the bathroom.

The unknown man was placing the phone under the bathroom stall to view the women, according to the police report. The manager confronted the suspect, who then ran out of the restaurant.

The Prince William County Police Department said they have not identified any victims yet.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man with black curly hair. He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a grey Nike hooded sweatshirt, with a dark-colored shirt underneath, and blue jeans with brown patches.
