Man Sought For Stabbing Two People In Manassas: Police
Authorities are looking for a Maryland man who stabbed two people Sunday at a Best Western hotel in Manassas: PWC Police.

MANASSAS, VA—Authorities are looking for a Maryland man who stabbed two people Sunday in the Best Western hotel at 10820 Balls Ford Road, according to Prince William County Police. Jeffrey Scott Ruszczewski II, 29, of the 8400 block of Bussenius Road in Pasadena, MD, is described as white, 5-7, 125 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., police arrived at the hotel for a reported stabbing. They found that the man had been arguing with one of the victims, a 21-year-old woman after attending a nearby concert. He left the hotel and returned shortly thereafter to find the woman talking to a 24-year-old man.
That's when Ruszczewski whipped out a knife and stabbed both the woman and the man, leaving them with injuries that were not life threatening. He then fled the hotel before the arrival of police, who obtained warrants for his arrest. He's wanted for two counts of malicious wounding.
