Man Stabbed Multiple Times Outside Apartments In Gainesville: Police
A 31-year-old man was stabbed multiple times outside of the Somerset Point apartments in Gainesville on Saturday, authorities said.

GAINESVILLE, VA — A man was stabbed multiple times outside the Somerset Point apartments in Gainesville on Saturday morning, the Prince William County Police Department said. Authorities believe the attack was not random.
The victim, a 31-year-old man, was taken to a hospital by first responders. His injuries were not life-threatening, authorities said.
Investigators have not publicly identified any suspects. No arrests have been made.

The stabbing occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday along Equinox Landing Court in Gainesville. The police department said the victim was near the apartment building when somebody stabbed him multiple times.
The victim walked to his vehicle in the parking lot while calling for help, according to the police report. A person in the area heard his cries and called 911. Police officers provided first aid until an ambulance arrived on the scene.
