MANASSAS, VA—An adult teenager was stuffed into the trunk of a stranger's vehicle at knifepoint and driven around for several hours Tuesday night before being let out, according to Prince William County Police. The alleged kidnapper is described as a Hispanic man, between 35-40 years old, 5-9, 160 pounds with short brown hair, a scar on his upper lip and a tattoo on his arm. He was wearing a light blue jacket and jeans.

Around 2 a.m. Wednesday, police began investigating a reported abduction said to have originated in the area of Sharpsburg Court and Community Drive. The 18-year-old victim told police he had just left the residence of a friend shortly before 5 p.m. and was walking toward Sudley Road. That's when an unknown man in a red, 4-door Toyota pulled up beside him and asked him if he wanted a ride. The victim agreed, and that's when his troubles began.

When he got into the vehicle, the driver whipped out a knife and forced him to drink an unknown liquid. After that, they drove to the Brandon Way area of Manassas before he was forced to get in the trunk. That's where he stayed for several hours before being let out in the Centreville area of Fairfax County. The driver had been joined by another man, who stole the victim's cell phone.
