Man Threatens To Torch Family Dollar Store In Manassas: Police
A man who repeatedly threatened to burn down a Family Dollar store in Manassas was arrested Wednesday: Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA—A man who repeatedly threatened to burn down the Family Dollar store at 10300 Portsmouth Road was arrested Wednesday, according to Prince William County Police. Mark Halloway, Jr., 30, of no fixed address, was charged with threats to burn.
Police found that over the past several days, Halloway allegedly told store employees he planned to set fire to the business. They got a warrant and arrested him the same day.
