Manassas Bowling Alley Robbed By Men With Gun, Baton: Police
The bowling alley had closed for business, but employees were still inside when the robbery occurred, police said.
MANASSAS, VA — One man holding a gun and another man wielding a baton robbed a bowling alley in Manassas early Saturday morning, getting away with money taken from the cash registers, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Nobody inside the bowling alley was injured during the armed robbery.
At just after 1 a.m. on Dec. 21, police officers went to the Bowl America at 10641 Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas to investigate a robbery. The Bowl America's manager told police that the bowling alley had closed for business, but employees were still inside when the robbery occurred.
The two masked men approached the counter. One of the suspects brandished a firearm, approached the counter and demanded money from the cash registers. The other suspect pulled out a baton and retrieved money from the cash registers, according to police.

Both suspects fled on foot prior to police arriving at the business. A police K-9 searched for the suspects who were not located. The suspects are described as two black males, both about five-feet nine-inches tall, with thin builds. Both suspects were last seen wearing all black clothing, masks and gloves.
