Manassas Business In Top 500 of Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing List

MANASSAS, VA — Three Manassas companies were listed in this year's Inc. 5000 list, which measures the fastest growing private companies in the country. Broadleaf, a government services company in Manassas, was the top-ranked business from Prince William County.

Broadleaf ranked 393rd on this year's list. According to Inc., Broadleaf grew by more than 1,300 percent in a three-year period. Broadleaf provides "professional and IT services to the government," according to their description in this year's list.

The Inc. 5000 list ranks companies by percentage revenue growth from 2017 to 2020. Companies can qualify if they were founded and producing revenue by March 31, 2017 and are U.S. based. On average, companies on the list have 167 percent growth. The list contains 529 newly founded companies and 2,560 past honorees.

Overall, 331 companies on the list hail from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Two other companies, Brothers Paving and Contract Solutions, Inc., were also included on the list.

Brothers Paving, a company that focuses on asphalt, concrete, and pavement solutions, ranked 3,518th in the nationwide ranking. They grew by 97 percent since 2017, according to the list.

Contract Solutions, Inc. is a staffing and personnel firm. They grew by 45 percent, according to Inc. they ranked 4,849th nationwide in growth.
