Manassas Business Wins Fan Favorite in Charity Can Drive

MANASSAS, VA — Paul Davis of Suburban Virginia recently received recognition for participating in the company’s CAN Charity Drive, a fundraising initiative where franchises collected cans of food for people and pets. The Manassas-based franchise were voted fan favorite and, as a result, won an office party for staff.

Paul Davis Restoration Inc. is headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., and has franchise offices across the U.S. and Canada. The company provides water, fire and mold damage cleanup, in addition to emergency recovery and restoration services for residential and commercial properties.

The Manassas franchise won fan favorite with 457 votes. To compete in the fundraising challenge, participating Paul Davis offices completed can structures and submitted photos for display on the company’s Facebook page. During the month of June, offices collected cans and built the fun structures based on friendly competitions with other franchises.

Offices competed in the categories of most cans collected, best images and number of staff participating. Voting began July 5, and on Aug. 1, the winning structures were announced.

The Manassas franchise donated collected cans to local food banks.
