Manassas Man Arrested In Drug Bust That Found Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methadone: Police
A regional drug task force arrested three people, including a Manassas man, during a search of a home in Fauquier County last week.

MANASSAS, VA — A search in Fauquier County led to drug charges for three people last week, including one Manassas resident. Another Manassas resident was served outstanding warrants during the search, Virginia State Police officials said.
The Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force, along with members of the Prince William County Police Department, conducted the search on March 23. Authorities said the search was part of an investigation into a drug operation that spanned multiple counties.
During the search, police officers found 104.17 grams of pressed fentanyl pills, 43.3 grams of crack cocaine, 38.46 grams of powder cocaine, 29.5 grams of methadone, and 51.7 grams of marijuana, $4,285.11 of US currency, and seven handguns. One of the handguns was reported as stolen in Prince William County.

Authorities identified the Manassas residents as 27-year-old Timothy Kornegan, Jr. and 24-year-old Timothy Fields.
Kornegan was charged with three felony counts of possession with the intent to distribute a schedule I/II substance, one felony count of possession of a firearm while in possession of schedule I/II substance, and one felony count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Fields was charged with outstanding warrants from Fairfax and Prince William County. He is now awaiting court dates for charges of pretrial violations, failure to appear, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, assault by mob, reckless handling of a firearm, aggravated malicious wounding, and possession with intent to distribute a schedule I/II substance.
46-year-old Tanya Dodson of Catlett was also arrested along with 33-year-old Quintin Gilliam.
Dodson is charged with one felony count of possession with the intent to distribute a schedule I/II substance, two felony counts of possession of a schedule I/II substance, and one felony count of possession of a firearm while in possession of schedule I/II substance.
Gilliam faces the same charges, in addition to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Virginia State Police reported that the suspects were held without bond at the Fauquier County Adult Detention Center.
