Manassas Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Incident occurred near construction site, say Prince William County police.

Prince William County police arrested a Manassas man on Sunday morning for indecent exposure near a construction site.

Louis Michael Hahn,35, of 10195 Farragut Court in Manassas, was charged with indecent exposure and released on a $5,000 bond, according to a police report. His next date in court is Aug. 11.

Police officers responded at 10:30 a.m. Sunday to the 8200 block of Heritage Crossing Court in Manassas in reference to an indecent exposure, the police report said. The victim, a 32-year-old Maryland man, told police that he saw a man in the area of a construction site who was exposing himself and making obscene gestures.

Officers located a man nearby who matched the description. They identified him as the suspect and arrested him without further incident.
