MANASSAS, VA — A Manassas man is facing charges after being caught by undercover detectives in an online child predator sting, Fairfax County Police say.
Sattar Ahmed Khan, 26, was arrested at his Manassas home. Police say Khan used an electronic device to set up sexual acts with a person he believed was a minor. He was charged with two counts of propose sex act via communication device to a person less than 15 years old and was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held without bond.
The latest arrest came after a Fairfax County Police online predator sting with five arrests in late March. Police say undercover detectives posed as minors on websites that predators were known to use to contact potential victims.
