Manassas-Area Man Wanted for Sexual Assault at Woodbridge CVS
He's suspect in incident involving 73-year-old woman, say Prince William County police.

The Prince William County police have identified a Manassas-area man as the suspect in a sexual assault last week involving a 73-year-old woman at a CVS store, but he remains at large.

In the early morning hours of June 17, the victim, a Woodbridge resident, was cleaning out her vehicle in the parking lot of the CVS at 13600 Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1), at the intersection with Occoquan Road in Woodbridge. She was approached by an unknown man, who spoke briefly to the victim before he inappropriately touched her over her clothing, according to police.
The suspect then walked away. No further contact was made and no injuries were reported, police said.

On Wednesday, after receiving a tip on the incident, detectives from the police department’s Special Victims Unit identified the suspect as Clarence Olutavo Olowu, 31, of the 6200 block of Alistair Drive, off Hoadly Road north of Dale City. The detectives consulted with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and obtained arrest warrants charging Olowu with two counts of assault and battery.
Olowu is described by police as a black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
